Mike Weisman: sorting transaction email and call notes, filing them to the right deal with Claude → Grok Bot
Mike runs several AI "bots", each with one job. Granola records his calls and appointments; when a recording ends, a "chief of staff" bot reads the transcript and passes it to the right bot. Reported result: Tracks 30–50 active deals (scale, not a time saving).

Tool Claude → Grok BotPublished 2026-10-27Sells anything? Runs AI training
- Transaction email + call transcripts (Granola)
- Inbox / chief-of-staff bots sort it
- TC Desk files it, preps signatures, drafts email
- Drafts come to him (check not shown)
- Task
- Sorting transaction email and call notes, filing them to the right deal, and preparing forms for signature.
- Tool
- Grok Bot (a set of separate AI bots), replacing his earlier Claude projects; Granola records his calls.
- What they did
Mike runs several AI "bots", each with one job. Granola records his calls and appointments; when a recording ends, a "chief of staff" bot reads the transcript and passes it to the right bot. An "Inbox" bot watches his team email; when an offer, counteroffer, termination or addendum comes in, it hands it to "TC Desk", a bot that acts like a transaction coordinator. TC Desk files the email with the right deal, sets documents up for signature, drafts replies, and can prepare an addendum on request. He says it keeps track of every active deal. He used to do parts of this with Claude projects and moved it to Grok Bot because the separate bots stay in their own lanes.
- Result
No time or money saved is given. He says the system tracks every one of his team's 30–50 active transactions so that "nothing falls through the cracks."
Self-reported by Mike Weisman; not verified. 30–50 is the size of his pipeline, not a result.- Where it goes wrong
- He does not show an error or a review step. He is still rebuilding the system: TC Desk first ran on a more complex self-hosted agent, and he is now moving his Claude workflows to Grok Bot. Drafts go to him rather than straight out.
- Conflict of interest
- Runs AI training His channel is "AI Builders". He runs trainings, weekly AI office hours and a Skool community, and offers to send viewers his real-estate inbox bot as a template.

If it's related to a transaction, hand it off to TC Desk, which is like a transaction coordinator…
