  1. "Who should I follow up with today?"
  2. Claude assistant reads Follow Up Boss
  3. Hot / warm / housekeeping lists
  4. He calls, texts or emails
Steps as shown in the video (first of four uses).
Task
Rank leads each day, add new leads, write follow-up sequences, and sync leads to his IDX site.
Tool
His AI assistant built on Claude, connected to Follow Up Boss; Real Geeks is his IDX website.
What they did

William says he dislikes working inside Follow Up Boss, so he lets his Claude assistant do it. He shows four uses. First, he asks "who in my CRM should I follow up with today?" and gets hot, warm and housekeeping lists scored with a Keller Williams-style framework; one lead from more than a year ago shows up as hot because she wrote to him again. Second, he adds a lead by uploading a screenshot of a text conversation or by speaking the details. Third, he has Claude rewrite his generic follow-up sequences to include his own YouTube videos, for example a sequence for Facebook leads who want to downsize. Fourth, he tells it to sync a lead to his Real Geeks site so he can set up a search alert.

Result

No number is given. He says the personalised sequences get "a lot more engagement" than generic drips.

Where it goes wrong
Not mentioned in this video. He notes that Follow Up Boss already provides the same activity data; the assistant only sorts it his way. An AI voice caller for new leads is still a plan, not a result.
Conflict of interest
Sells training + setup service He sells a paid three-week "real estate AI boot camp" and a Follow Up Boss setup service, both pitched in the video, and offers his Claude prompts in exchange for a newsletter sign-up.

The first thing I like to do is I ask Claude, "Who in my CRM should I follow up with today?"
